GoTechy was born from a simple observation by our founder: great companies struggle to hire great tech talent, and traditional recruitment just isn’t keeping up. After spending over a decade in the technology and staffing industry, our founder witnessed countless projects stall due to hiring bottlenecks and countless startups burning cash on wrong hires. In 2020, he decided to rewrite the story. With a laptop, a bold vision, and tons of passion, GoTechy was launched from a small co-working space in Greater Noida. The goal?
